Features

A calorie and macro tracker in one chat

Food, weight, training and sleep end up in the same place, so the coach can tell you how they fit together.

Photo in, numbers out

Photograph your plate. The coach names the foods, estimates the portion and logs calories, protein, carbs and fat.

Voice notes both ways

Talk while you cook or drive. Send a voice note and, if you like, get the answer back as one.

Weight in one line

Type "79.4" after you step on the scale. The trend is tracked for you.

Workouts by text

"45 min run" or "60 min boxing" is enough. Burned calories are added to your budget for the day.

Apple Health sync

Steps, active energy, sleep and watch workouts can flow in automatically through Health Auto Export.

Charts on request

Ask "show my weight for the last 6 weeks" and a chart lands in the chat. There is a private web dashboard too.

An evening check-in

Each evening you get a short summary of the day: what you ate, what you burned and how close you got.

How it works

Three steps, then it just runs

You already open Telegram every day. myCalCoach turns that habit into a food log.

  1. 1

    Answer a few questions

Age, height, weight and your goal. The coach works out your daily calories and protein in about a minute.

  2. 2

    Tell it what you ate

A photo, a voice note or a quick line like "two eggs and toast". Each meal is logged in seconds.

  3. 3

    Ask whenever you want

"How much is left today?" or "How did my week go?" You get a straight answer, with a chart if it helps.

Questions people ask

Do I need to install anything?+

Only Telegram, which you may already have. It runs on iPhone, Android, desktop and in the browser. myCalCoach is a bot inside it, so there is nothing else to download or sign up for.

How does it estimate calories from a photo?+

It identifies the foods on the plate, estimates portion sizes from what it sees and uses standard nutrition values. If you add a detail like "about 200 g of rice" or "cooked in butter", it uses that too.

How accurate is it?+

Photo estimates are estimates. Hidden oil or a thick sauce can throw off any guess, human or AI. When you know better, just say so ("that was a double portion") and the log is corrected. For weight loss, being roughly right every day beats being exact twice a week.

What does it cost?+

3 days free, no card needed for the trial. After that it is $10 a month (€9.99 in Europe).

Is it a replacement for a dietitian?+

No. myCalCoach helps you keep track and stay consistent. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or have a history of eating disorders, talk to a doctor before changing how you eat.
